Shipping & Delivery: All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days from date of order unless we contact you with any shipping delays.

Analysis Report Turnaround: Samples analysis is typically completed within 3 business days after receipt (delivery to us). If you have not received your analysis report within 5 business days from the date we have received your samples, please contact us at to check the status. 

Insurance Coverage for Home Test Kit: Please be advised that insurance providers will reject your claim for reimbursement.  This can be due to multiple reasons and may not be limited to the following conditions:  BreathTrackers, Inc. who is analyzing trace gas values in the breath sample provided and is not a certified CLIA laboratory. If you would prefer to order your test through a CLIA certified laboratory, please visit or talk with your healthcare provider for options. Purchasing the tests from us directly does not constitute medical advice from a licensed practitioner as we do not have medical professionals on staff and cannot provide interpretation, diagnosis or medical advice.  BreathTrackers, Inc., QuinTron Instrument Company, Inc. or its employees are not involved with insurance carriers and does not insist that consumers attempt to submit their test for insurance reimbursement.  We provide the products at reasonable prices to accommodate consumers paying out-of-pocket.  If you prefer to try and have your insurance cover the test, it is advised you speak with your doctor and insurance provider and have the test performed through a doctor's office or hospital which can adequately provide your insurance provider with the necessary information to determine if the test will be covered by your insurance.

Where to send your breath test when complete.

USA: If you have purchased a Breath Specimen Collection Kit directly from this website and a prepaid shipping label was included in your kit.  Please affix this label to the kit and drop off to your nearest FedEx Drop-off Location. 

Outside of USA: If you have purchased a Breath Specimen Collection Kit directly from the website, return shipping is not included.  You may be subject to customs/duties/taxes from your country and these fees are not reimbursed by QuinTron or our analysis partners.

If you have purchased your test kit from another company, please contact that company directly for instructions.

Privacy & Security: We do not sell or distribute any contact information for third-party marketing or sales purposes.

Returns & Replacements: Home breath test kits purchased are not eligible for refund after they have been delivered to you.

All other product returns must be authorized by QuinTron prior to returning.  Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase.  Authorization are valid for 30 calendar days.  Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) may be arranged by calling Customer Service at 1-414-645-4222 or by contact your sales representative directly.  Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer’s expense, destroyed by QuinTron at QuinTron’s discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued.

To obtain a RMA, the following information must be provided for each return:

  • Customer Name & Address

  • Customer Account Number

  • Original PO number or original QuinTron order number

  • Lot number and expiration date (where applicable) of each product

Issuance of RMA number does not guarantee credit.  Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to other terms of this policy.

The following conditions or products are not elibible for return or refunds.

  • At-Home Breath Specimen Collection Kits .
  • Products considered Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods (e.g. QuinGas).

  • Products where the packaging has been breached or expired.

  • Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.

Eligible Products for return with RMA are subject to the following restock fees.

Products Shipped in Error by QuinTron: Customers must notify QuinTron of any shipping errors or disputes within 5 business days of delivery receipt. Product shipped in error by QuinTron are returnable for full credit, provided such returns are received within thirty (30) days of receipt. 

How to place an order: Orders may be placed via the Online Store (24 hours a day), Telephone (1-800-542-4448 or 1-414-645-4222) (Monday - Friday 9am-3pm CST), or via Fax at 1-414-645-3484.  Orders received after 1pm CST may be processed the following business day.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:  Payment forms accepted: Check, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, ACH.  If you have an established account with QuinTron directly, you may log into your online ordering account in order to place orders.  Contact us directly at 414-645-4222 or at to set up your account if you are not able to access it. Prices are subject to change without notice, we do not offer price matching. If a promotion is available, you have the option to take advantage of it at the time of ordering. Once an order is placed, no further changes can be made unless the order has not been tendered/picked up from the shipping carrier. To cancel and order, please call us at 414-645-4222. If the order has already been tendered/picked up by the shipping carrier, you may be responsible for return/restock fees.

Viewing Orders: You must have a user account in order to log in and view status of an order or view ordering history.

Updating Account Information: Keeping your account information up to date is a great way to stay informed about new products, promotions, services or special announcements.  To do so, log into your account and confirm your account information is current and contains the best way to contact you.  Our typical communication is via e-mail.  We do not solicit via telephone or text.  Your phone number is only used for billing, shipping and in the event we need to speak with you about an order or test result.  Your personal information is kept private and is not shared with any third-party companies.
