Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm CST for Home Breath Tests Kits are typically shipped within 2 business days from date of order.

Each breath test kit contains a return label which has all the proper shipping information on it. If you do not have one, please call us at (800)542-4448 / (414)645-4222 - M-F 8am-4pm CST before sending your breath test kit to us.  Sometimes other companies use QuinTron products which lead people ot believe that their breath test is being analyzed here, however this is not always the case and we want to ensure your breath test is sent to the right facility.

We do not sell or distribute any contact information for thrid-party marketing or sales purposes.

Returns & Replacements

All items returned to QuinTron are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the return is due to an error on behalf of QuinTron the restock fee will be waived.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, have missing parts for reasons not due to an error by QuinTron or BreathTrackers will not receive a credit of any amount, and will result in an invoice to you for any additional shipping costs incurred by QuinTron or BreathTrackers for the shipping/receipt of the returned product. Outbound/Inbound shipping charges will result in an invoice to you unless the error is due to QuinTron or BreathTrackers and shipping charges are marked as prepaid on the replacement/exchange order acknowledgement.


Any mode of payments received for products or services will result in a refund in the same payment method used for the transaction

EXCHANGES (Must be received within 14 days from date of an approved RMA):

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same or different item, QuinTron or BreathTrackers must approve the exchange prior to any replacement product being issued. We will issue you a Return Material Authorization number which must be clearly indicated on your return to us. If the RMA number is not included with the return it may result in a major delay in your return and could result in a refusal of the return.

Only when we receive the original item will any potential credits be submitted for final disposition. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item prior to placing an order for the replacement. 

Orders may be placed via the Online Store (24 hours a day), Telephone (1-800-542-4448 or 1-414-645-4222) (Monday - Friday 9am-4pm CST), or via Fax at 1-414-645-3484.  Orders received after 2pm CST are not eligible for same day shipping and will be processed the following business day.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment forms accepted: Check, Money Order, Credit Card.
Pricing is subject to change without warning, we do not offer price matching since our products and services are unique.
If a promotion is available, you have the option to take advantage of it at the time of ordering.
Once an order is placed, no further changes can be made unless the order has not been shipped to you already.

Insurance: If your intention as a customer is to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider, please be advised that insurance providers may reject your claim for reimbursement.  This can be due to multiple reasons, not limited to just the following conditions:  BreathTrackers, Inc. who is analyzing trace gas values in the breath sample provided and: is not providing medical advice, is not a certified lab with CLIA and/or CMS.  Purchasing the tests from an online store does not constitute medical advice from a licensed practitioner.  BreathTrackers/QuinTron or its employees are not involved with insurance carriers and does not insist that consumers attempt to submit their test for insurance reimbursement.  We provide the tests at reasonable prices to accommodate consumers paying out-of-pocket.  If you prefer to have your insurance cover the test, it is advised you speak with your insurance provider and have the test performed through a doctor's office or hospital which can adequately provide your insurance provider with the necessary information to successfully cover the test

You must have a user account in order to log in and view status of an order or view ordering history.

Updating Account Information
Keeping your account information up to date is a great way to stay informed about new products, promotions, services or special announcements.  To do so, log into your account and confirm your account information is current and contains the best way to contact you.  Our typical communication is via e-mail.  We do not solicit via telephone or text.  Your phone number is only used for billing, shipping and in the event we need to speak with you about an order or test result.  You personal information is kept private and is not shared with any third-party companies.
